wahaha
finally came back from sarimbun!
had a good bath, a good nights sleep and a good lunch!
ok la. actually that was 2 days ago but i was too sianned to blog la.
DAY 1
arrived in school in my stupid+heavy bag that contains the clothes and some irrational stuff that we had to bring for camp.
bleah. so we just stayed arnd and crapped.
i love jessica's bag. super big.
can put a lot of things.
so we had to part and got into our groups la.
and in my group, i only know tan shiying and chan junjie.
but, tan shiying has her own group of friends and having junjie or not doesnt make a diff at all la.
the good thing was, most of the activities would be with group 17 which was steph and zhen mei's group.
on the bus, i was like super sianned la.
steph said that i was home sick.
and i am!
seriously i wont mind if the grouping were different and i had more friends around la.
i think i would enjoy it more lor.
at least i would be more myself.
anyways, we pitched tents la.
it was super diff from the ones we pitched for np la.
and you can just anyhow tie the knots and it still will stand.
so apparently they didnt even bother to use any strength to pull the stupid strings.
and in the night i kept tripping over the guylines.
the aluminium foils didnt make a big difference la.
cant see in the dark.
and my torchlight is practically useless.
then had some stupid games la.
ah. river challenge.
nightmare.
so this was a stupid river that is made up of water ppl wash their shoe with.
then we had to go into this stupid water and cross to the other side.
so apparently i stepped in and fell.
so i drank a lot of 'milo'
i was accused of jumping into the water lor.
we had rockwall climbing also.
super fun.
even though i didnt go very high la.
he asked me to move my right leg then i couldnt even make out which was left and which was right.
then he said" go up only dunno which is left and right ler"
then i tried again lor.
so it was a bit better then i got stuck.
so i practically screamed" i cannot move!!"
when he told me to move my leg.
and jintao was sitting at the side.
critising us.
wow. i wanna see him climb.
so anyhow, the first day was very very very very sianned.
wanted to go home like siao.
super home sick.
super class sick.
super sqdmates sick.
and the 4hrs were like 4 days la.
then during interaction we were like lovers who didnt see each other for years.
hugged each other and started crying. super drama right.
but i was feeling super bad la.
now i know how much i love my class and my sqd.
and jessica cried 5 times.
then we went off to sleep in the tents.
slept with steph, zhen mei, alicia(dunno how to spell), shermaine, rachel and jia yi. and 1 more girl but i cant rmb.
it was ok la. just that it was vey dark.
doesnt make a diff whether u close or open your eyes.
and the rest couldnt sleep and they kept asking who haven sleep
woke up and my body was aching like siao.
DAY2
day 2 was better. at least got to know more ppl from my group la.
and i think my grp leaders are very very very nice.lol.
but i think they quite pek chek.
we were making things quite difficult for them la.
and we had a super gay name.
rabbit roar!
but its quite cute la.
nature rumble rocks.
played with mud.
and they told us that there were wild boars but i dont think so la.
lol. i would like to see 1 though.
then walk through a stream.
it was super fun.
somethin that we will never be able to experience in the civilisation though.
the rest on that day were rather sianned.
and we moved to the huts and the dorms!
slept with dawn, joanne, jessica, elaine, steph, zhen mei, yiying, huangmin and hanyin in the huts.
even though there were no fans and lights, at least we were sleeping with our own friends. thats enough ler.
had a super good slp. didnt want to wake up.
DAY3
ah. the hike.
got sunburnt.
but it was fun except for the fact that we ahd to walk quite a long distance.
our instructor said that it was 20km.
but i dont think it was that far la.
this hike i think bonded us the most.
at least for me la.
got to know more of them. but its rather sad la.
last day liao then got to know them.
saw the super cute meh mehs.
goats!
fed then and drank some goats milk but i think i prefer cows milk.
saw frogs too.
and our group is super funny.
everytime sing those children song.
our fav song is "old macdonalds"!
i think the other grps were rather amused.
when we came back was some campfire prep.
the campfire was sian.
not high enough.
i slpet through mr hia's talk.
super crap.
DAY4
packed up.
strike tents.
area cleaning.
prize giving.
home!
basically day 4 was clearing up la.
our group won the most sporting grp.
a bit she bu de at the end la.
this is really a very fun experience la.
many thing that we dont get to experience outside this place.
got to know each other better.
bonded together.
A.C.E camp.
and lastly, thanks edvin!
went to kfc after break camp.
me, dawn, yulin, eugene, shuyi, shiting,geok fen went.
talk crap for a while.
then derhui came.
played some mind game.
quite fun but i was slow.
then dawn, yulin, shuyi, eugene came to my house.
played indian poker.
for more information about the forfeits that we did, pls refer to shuyi's blog.
then we decided to combine truth or dare.
found out quite alot of stuff.
but it is confidential!
and shuyi is trying to find out my weak points.
